How about changing 'Quentin' and 'Tapp' to be an original characters?
These two survivors aren't famous like other licensed survivors like Ash, Bill, Laurie, Steve, Nancy, and Cheryl. So Why not change their names and maybe some of their skins and change them into original characters?
Having a sleepyboy and detective is really good, But because they are licensed Devs don't have the freedom to make skins/changes for them. and again don't think they are famous names right?, So why not change them?

Can't change characters who have already been added to the game that are under licensing. They can make new ones BASED off of those, like how the Trapper is based off of Jason or how Hillbilly is based off of Leatherface, but they can't just remove the original whenever they want or change them, not to mention the fact people do enjoy the characters for who they are and where they are from.

Even if we added like Tommy Doyle from Halloween into the Game, he'd still be licensed even though he is kinda forgetable.
You can't just take away a License from a licensed Character.

I used to have a buddy that looks like Quentin from the movie. It’s odd because they have similar mannerisms. Made me wonder if that shaped head and face cause certain social traits.

But they are from famous franchises, Saw and Nightmare on Elm Street. That and they would be liable for a lawsuit, is why they are still licensed characters.
