you can see base time to blind & blindness duration in this video(even this video is outdated because the Lightborn rework but flashlight and their add-ons are still the same).
Moreover from the wiki's data, it said the add-ons that can slightly/moderately/considerably/tremendously increase blindness duration will increase for 10/15/20/25%.
