Is there any way to censor the syringe the new killer (Blight) uses?

Hello! I know my question may seem silly, but I really am curious is this is possible without getting your account banned for trying to hack and/or messing up the game files. I have severe trypanophobia, and while I am excited for this killer to be released I would prefer to have a way to make the game still safe for me to play without encountering a trigger of mine. Whether just putting a black box over it or making it invisible (as that would not affect gameplay at all and is purely cosmetic), would it be possible for the syringe to be covered?

I wanted to go ahead and discuss this while the PTB is out so that I can have a solid answer by the time this killer officially hits the game. (Please do not reply with "get over it", not all phobias are like that)

maybe stick a black paper covering the left hand part whenever you play the killer

Honestly I have zero idea what happens if you mess with character files, but I think it is quite risky to modify the files

He doesn't use his needles a lot, so just don't look at that part of the screen when he does use them.

They could make the syringe hidden up The Blight's sleeve, like Amanda's weaponry. You see him press his palm onto the chest, then across the throat. The bubbling effect can remain, so the needle is implied rather than seen.

From the killer's pov, he could have a thicker glove, covering the injection of his stomach.
