Why disconnection penalties are here again on console when sometimes my game run at 5 fps? seriously
before adding any penalties, make sure your game is not laggy or buggy

No, penalties are good. They discourage people from quitting every time they get found first or get hit. If you have to leave a match every once in a while because you just REALLY hate a map or the game is running poorly, the "penalty" is only 5 minutes, not a big deal. It only becomes a problem if you're a repeat quitter, in which case maybe stop playing the game because you're just making things worse for everyone else.

I just play through it. Sucks but what else can you do. If you really want to, then you could go AFK or let the Survivors finish the gens.
There's nothing wrong with the console. It's on BHVR here. If the console is the main problem, then why can they run pretty much everything else without these issues? Hell, Sony exclusives are often designed with the base PS4 in mind (even big new games like TLOU2).

how do you even count your fps?
and if your console runs at 5fps like you said in the title... yes, something is wrong with it.

Nothing, but indoor maps are currently hell, I sadly had to stop playing demo because maps like lerys ran at something like 4 FPS when playing.

indoor maps like lery i swear it's something like 10 fps at best.. i can't count it ofc, but it's unplayable.. on other maps are better but still way worse compared to last patch
