Two build setups, for all m1 killers help me pick please
So gonna start a run of all the basic killers and have two similar build options:
BBQ, Corrupt Intervention, Sloppy Butcher and Nurse Calling
or
BBQ, Corrupt Intervention, Sloppy Butcher and Surge.
Obviously the only difference is a little help locating people versus a little more slowdown... whichever gets more positive feedback in the next 3 hours is my marathon build LOL

In build 1 replace curupt intervention with thanatophobia. It won't slow match early but it will slow it permanently after a couple hits...

The first one is solid, the second one should replace sloppy with something else.

Surge without Surveillance is borderline worthless. Go with the first - it's a classic, and it's predictable, but even if they want to counterplay it, the journey to a safe healing area will waste a lot of time.

Early game is the most important part for a killer, the survivors are at their strongest and you have zero pressure.

I do Sloppy Butcher, Thanatophobia, PGTW and BBQ on legion rank 1. If they all spawn together and don't finish the first gen before I get there I easily injure all of them and after that it's not too hard or I get one down, use pop on the most advanced gen then go directly where there's more survivor if they healed or just chain the next survivor.
With Clown I used Bamboozle instead of Thanatophobia but I think I'll switch soon since I'm unlocking more perk.

BBQ doesn’t help M1 Killers, yeah you know where they are but you can’t do anything about it.

true but points are points, and knowing where they are also means I know where they aren't so I can cut them off on the way to a save maybe.

Fair enough
I suggest you try Tinker, it gives info when a gen is close to being completed + it gives you undetectable status.

Corrupt doesn't actually give you any early game benefit really unless you need setup time I.E. trapper, hag, pyramid head etc. If you run any hex perks you rely on then it actually hurts you. Most survivors don't filter to the non blocked gens, they find totems and chests because it's relatively safe to do so. I don't see many uses for the deathslinger. That's just my opinion.
Edit. My bad I thought this was a deathslinger thread. So corrupt is valid for many other killers.

Depends on the killer for me, but I also have varied builds across the killers I actually play. Top one for a stealth killer, bottom for anyone else..

Them doing chests or totems is them not doing gens. Deathslinger needs all the gen pressure he can get, and this will often waste a lot of time for the survivors. It also flushes them out into the open, and makes the available game field much smaller - something you need as a 110 killer

Thanks. I feel like the same people saying “corrupt does nothing they’ll wait it out,” are the same people whining and sharing links “two gens popped in first minute.”

Makes sense... Not really what I've seen, but I'll give it a try too. I'm not by any means an expert deathslinger and I'm always trying to find more effective builds.

It all depend on their positioning. Sometime I just get one because they were all spread out on a huge map and sometime I get 4 because they all spawn next to each other and decided to do a 4men gen.
