The Demogorgon
I’ve recently started messing around with Demo and I love the way it plays but I feel like it is missing a little something. I usually run PGTW, Surveillance, Tinkerer, and Discordance. It allows me to keep an eye on the generators and I usually lay portals out of sight near the gens. The build basically lets me keep up map pressure and to suppress my terror radius often in a match.
What do you all run on Demo and what strategy do you use when playing it? Also, what do you feel like that little something is missing from the little beastie?

something that is missing is eyes

Hex:Thrill of the Hunt, Hex:Devour Hope, BBQ and STBFL
You spend the time defending totems via portals instead of gens. I place 2 hidden portals per totem and when someone finds one I hunt them down. It's a meme build that works half the time, but when it does. God is it glorious.
PGTW, STBFL, BBQ and Tinkerer is my regular build. I find a 3 gen and place hidden portals around them and continue the match.
Demo really needs stealth, you can hear his loud footsteps, you can hear when he teleports and you can hear when he attacks from across the map.

Maybe that’s what he needs. A lighter footstep and the portal sound nerfed.

I run STBFL, Pop, BBQ, and Corrupt.
Corrupt gives me time to set some portals at the beginning. Pop/BBQ combo to know which gens to pressure after a hook. STBFL for lethality (a no brainer on him really).
Global teleport notification needs to go. Rat liver should be basekit. Rework add-ons overall.

I'd swap Tinkerer for STBFL and Surveillance with Corrupt for more early time to get a set up of tunnels.

The basic build on demo is STBFL (although, I recommend to stop running it after some time)-Corrupt-BBQ-and a third perk of your choice (preferably something that helps in chase)
Obviously don't forget to bring rat liver if you want to play at a higher level.
Use your portals to maintain good map pressure from time to time.
Be sure to use your shred at every loop possible.

either STBFL, B&Q, Corrupt and Pop, or I replace B&Q and Pop with Enduring and SF if I feel like being aggressive, build up pressure in the early game, defend a 3 gen if needed, and watch the survivors run in panic as they realise all the pallets are gone, the obsession is dead and I have 8 stacks

Demo and Tinkerer? I believe Demo is too noisy for stealth.. :D

I play a very aggressive Demo build that focus on eating away pallets asap, and slowing down the gens with Pop.
BBQ, POP, SF + Enduring combo
Play very aggressive against pallets.
Sometimes you can get a hit through the pallet with shred, break it with SF, and then M1 them with Enduring.
It's amazing.

As has been noted, Save the Best for Last is especially good on the Demogorgon, since he has a way to preserve stacks, provided you're good at Shred attacks.
