At what rank do killer queue times become faster?

Title. On average I’m waiting 15-20 min for a game. I hoped crossplay would have changed that. I’d really like to play more killer but the queue times put me off. Lowest rank I’ve gotten to was 16 lol but wait times never seemed to change.

    i play at red ranks and times are almost instant ranks 5-3

    Green ranks. That's when you consistently get matched against literally anyone who pressed "Ready."

    I'm rank 3, since crossplay this is true, before crossplay it was ~15+ minutes easy. PC NA EST

    I think it's time dependant, I usually get instant queues at around 5-10 p.m central time, but after that it takes me a while like 5 min tops rank 2 atm.

    it's time and region dependant and if you have crossplay on or off.

    I play at red ranks too. Before crossplay, I would take 5 to 10 minutes to get a lobby in the morning and in the afternoon. After crossplay, I would get an insta lobby at any given time of the day. Magic.

    Depend what time you play in the morning killer take a while like 2 or 3 minute. In the afternoon it take 5 sec before i have a lobby and im red rank
