Iri heads + noed has no counter btw
Was playing in SWF with my friend (idk about other 2 survivors), got matched against this pretty decent huntress on cornfield. Didn't do bones, didn't heal. She hooked everybody once and camped last dude so we just escaped. Iri heads too OP, insta dc cuz very unfair, same for noed.

I agree that huntress can be very strong with iridescent head but noed does not really do much for a good huntress.

There are so many games you could use to display how these are unfair yet you use a game with 3 escapes?
It's like when people try and show survivors are OP and then it ends in a 3-4k.
I get it might not have been particularly fun to deal with but if you wanna make a point, use evidence that actually supports your point, please.

Why a Huntress of all killers would have NOED when she can easily down someone if the player has precise aim is beyond me.

So you escaped against a noob Huntress? Good job. Let's be real. If a competent Huntress played with this build (Umbra comes to mind) no one would ever escape.

Noed: just do bones. It's not that hard on the live maps, none of them are inside bushes yet. It takes 12-15 seconds and they always spawn in between gens. So if you ignore it while going between gens or running around then you're playing like a dumbass going through the gens without doing them.
It head, is a bs addon to play against. Best thing to do is to stealth and avoid the huntress. Spreading out is very important. Honestly just sewer side if it's too annoying to play against or DC and take the penalty. That's I'd try to do.

OP, a single game doesn't mean iridescent heads aren't overpowered, btw. You probably know that, though.
Most people don't think NOED is overpowered but they do think it's a massive crutch. Because it is.

A pretty decent huntress gets more than 10k BP with or without Iri Head.
Probably a Rank 2 who never touched Huntress much. Not super meaningful.

Lol, a bad Huntress won’t get kills even with Iri Head. They’re overpowered in the right hands but they still require you to hit your hatchets and not play like a rank 15.

Play against Umbra level of Huntress with Iri. Heads and you'll see how "fair" this Add-On is.
And I'll be certain that there are a lot of real good Huntresses out there.

Honestly from this forum it would appear the ideal balance would be to start with the gates open and get sacrificed to escape

Lol, guys the original poster was being sarcastic, he doesn't actually think NOED or the Iri Heads helped the killer in this match at all.
Couple of thoughts:
- 10k for the killer for the entire match? That's... not good. Let alone with Iri Heads equipped.
- NOED seems like a mismatch for her since the hatchets can't do Exposed hits from it. I mean it's probably not completely worthless but it's certainly not going to be as good as on a killer that relies mainly on basic attacks. (Deathslinger for example does get to take full advantage of Exposed conditions because his alternate attack during a reel in is still a basic attack.)

If 3 of you escaped against a Huntress with iri head she was absolutely not a "decent" Huntress lmao. Unless you got Fractured cowshed, and if you did this result is kind of believable because that map is still absolutely broken.

This. And this again. Ive come up against this a lot lately and it usually ends in games being over in about 4 minutes flat. Im aure the killer doesn't even get enough points to pip surely from a game that short.

IRIs aren't strong, IRIs + Infantry Belts are. And even then i feel more pressured with only 3 hatchets so i rarely use them. I wouldn't recommand NOED on Huntress tho. If you want to have an Endgame Perk, try Blood Warden. It's way more rewarding with her (if it works you can trap all of them, you just have to wait till you heard the 3rd bell of the EGC timer), trust me.
NOED for solo Survivor can be a problem tho as you have no intel how many totems are still left.
That's why i use Inner - Dectives Hunch most of the time. Or just bring a map.

It's not always broken hitboxes with her. There are moments where I throw a hatchet at someone and it flies right through their body like there's no collision.

nah for ds eating them early can actually help late game, especially if the survivor's not a great runner. getting it out of the way early is fine.

She problem is the dull totem spawns. Sometimes it's in the middle of nothing but sometimes in spots you would never check . the whole perk is depending on the luck

Is this sarcasm? The Huntress had only 1 kill and only hooked each person once, yet there is no counter play? You were also in SWFs with one other person, on a cornfield map, didn't bother doing bones, and Huntress was limited to 2 Hatchets requiring extreme precision in order to get any use out of her Exposed Hatchets. You literally didn't do the one thing that would take away her power, and yet you have the audacity to say there is no counter play.

Oh don't get me wrong it's the same for killer complainers, what's bugging me is the sheer amount of it. Gens are too slow yet can be done in 1.3 seconds, every perk is either op or trash, same with add ons or offerings. Playing with friends is an invisible win button and should carry a heavy penalty no matter skill level, but without friends it's completely impossible to escape. Ever. Not once. People here need to think out their statement, read it and ask "really? Is it really?"
