Has anyone noticed lately that the progress bar slightly decreases before it continues to fill. It's been happening on totems and gens. About 50% to 60% the progress bar will dip like 2% or 3% of the bar.

Yeah I’ve had that happen, it’s most likely latency

Latency has gotten me smacked about 4 times now.
