Who else thinks the game is okay?

Am I alone in thinking the game is in a good spot? I can't be right? All I see in the forums is nerf this, nerf that, this is unfair, and I want a buff. But as it stands, I don't really think the game needs a whole lot changed. I don't think survivors or killers are extremely over powered compared to each other. I win a lot of matches I lose a lot of matches. I don't know, I don't really understand the animosity I guess. And I'm not really looking for someone to explain it to me (though I'm sure there's atleast one person who will want to try.) Just curious to see if anyone else shares my opinion that everything ISN'T broken. (Well... at least as far as balance is concerned :p)

The very top and the very bottom aren't balanced. In between? Sure. Probably as good as it's going to get.

I think theres a lot the game could do better, but it is in the best spot its ever been. You see all this stuff on the forums because thats the point of the forums, to discuss stuff and give feedback.

It's not though, there's a lot of exploits that people have just kind of accepted as part of the game now--which is bizarre. Like standing idle & watching a survivor on a hook is exploiting the way that the game is set up and it's weird that we excuse it as a strategy. Same with SWF.

If I was playing around rank 10 I'd say the game was quite well balanced.

However once you start playing at the highest ranks and with the best players the game has to offer the imbalances really start to show significantly. A lot of the game is balanced around assuming the player doesn't know what they're doing (IE low ranks), so when someone does actually know what they're doing it throws the balance out of wack. (IE high ranks that are able to abuse things for more than they were intended)

Is the game way, way more balanced than it used to be years ago? Of course it is

Is it balanced though? Definitely not.

It’s fine. Some issues involved but it’s ok.

I've been able to get into red ranks on both sides each month after reset. I think it's pretty balanced.

The game is balanced for the player who is slightly above a casual player of this game. Any casual player or player with hundreds of thousands of hour you will start to see imbalances. it's typically survivor sided at red rank with people knowing how to loop, perks to run, etc... yelllow/brown rank however, tends to lean heavily to killer sided as most survivors know little to none about looping or perks to bring, or what to do in cases of camping and other killer strats.
