The fastest theoretical speed in dbd
I did some easy math and found the fastest speed you can go without factoring powers or add-ons is 154%.
3 stacks of pwyf,
Bloodlust T3,
And noed.
Post what the fastest hypothetical speed you think is; powers, perks addons ,etc included, as I'm way to tired to figure that out.

A survivor that just got unhooked and is injured, bolting away from you because they're afraid of the killer.

zooooom

Survivor with adrenaline, and hope after being smacked by the killer on unhook.

I wonder if The Blight's sprint is affected by speed granting perks such as PWYF, Devour Hope (2stacks) etc.
If so he might be the fastest killer in the game if we're factoring powers as well although I don't know his % of speed yet.

If you're counting powers i think Oni or billy might have him beat with add-ons.

This might be close to being fast.
The blight runs at 230% speed default.
Addons:
Compound 33 - Adds 0.06 bonus speed per chain rush. 4th chain rush will have added a total of 55.2% extra speed or 285.2% total speed during final rush.
Compound 21 - Adds 0.04 bonus speed per chain rush. 4th chain rush will have added a total of 36.8% extra speed for 266.8% total speed during final rush.
I'm pretty sure they stack because it doesn't specifically say they don't, so I think that would be a total speed of 322% speed during final rush token if both addons are equipped.
Perks:
PWYF: With 3 stacks that's an extra 15%. So 337%
NOED: 4% bonus speed. 341%
Devour hope: 5% haste after hooking survivor. 346% (I think that's what haste does?)
Bloodlust 3 is 15% extra speed (I think), so 361%
So I think under these conditions, blight is one of the fastest at 361% running speed. Nurse probably moves faster with extended range addons, but I can't find anything about how much faster that is. Someone mentioned above that a survivor could move faster, which might also be true.
I probably messed up something here. The addons % seem weird and wrong, but that's what the wiki says.

Doesn't haste apply to survivors and not killers? Either way I'm almost positive it doesn't give move speed.
Edit: Nevermind, it applies to both and does give move speed, I'm stupid.

Wraith with addons, PWYF, and cloaked is pretty fast.

Hillbilly - Double engravings, bloodlust t3, noed, devour hope (after hooking a survivor), play with your food.

It'll probably be blight with his rush addons

I don't believe that the movement speed increase of Devour Hope is actually functioning in the game.

Try double speed on spirit and with 3 stacks of play with your food, trust me it is fun to just go zooooom zoooom to one side to the other.
Idk how fast it is though number wise.

Used to be Nurse with her speed blink add-ons (my fave add-ons in the entire game)

That once happened to me as killer and is just = d i s g u s t i n g

I wonder if PWYF and the other factors work with nurse’s blink, then I’m pretty sure that would be the fastest speed sitting at 463.3287% speed or about 18.54 m/s. Maybe Range add-ons could factor into this too if they increase m/s to go farther in less time, I doubt it though and they probably increase the time before the blink end to increase range or maybe it counts how many tiles you traveled before ends based on where you pointed your FOV at.

Definitely Nurse, unless PWYF doesn't work with blinks for some reason.

we need someone to slap that build on a 115% speed killer and tell us how it goes
But the real fastest thing in dbd is my decision to kill that bush-hiding b1tch claudette
