Apparently Monstrous Shrine is bugged on the PTB so that it increases your chance of kobe'ing instead of decreasing it.
So yeah, you got what you wanted.

I dont use monstrous shrine for my basement trapper,not op

It is,i dont use it.just use the purple bar addon where they untrap themselves and go into dieing state.
