Map offerings.
How would you feel about map offerings being removed?
Personally i am getting sick of (mainly console) survivors sending me to Ormond and Haddonfield, and would rather leave maps to random chance.
I got Ormond 3 times in a row and Haddonfield twice after just to rub salt in the wound, all offerings!
There is a reason survivors love these maps, and with the Glacial speed of balance and, the fact that a building called "the house of pain" by the community hasn't been evaluated and changed i can't see these maps being fixed any time soon.

######### ormond and haddon field. No they shouldn't be removed those maps just need to be balanced they are too survivor sided.

I wouldn't mind them reducing the increase on the Offerings so you have a good chance of getting the map but not a 99.999% chance.

But the dev's are not balancing maps. At least not in our life time.
If Springwood (the only map to get a full "balance" rework) is the dev's version of balance then i don't want it

Alternative solution:
make map offerings separate from regular offerings and let them be visible BEFORE the match starts
I mean, there's the offering to cancel a map offering on the ptb, which, frankly, is nonsensical, as you don't know if anyone will bring a map offering you don't want.

I start closing the app when survivor bring ormond or haddonfield map offering if i bring addon if i dont have any addon im just going in the corner look at the wall and go afk

So they know it is a problem but don't want to remove it. Great .....

They do this if i bring a mori while they have a key so fair is fair i guess.

Ormond was very recently buffed for survivors.
It’s definitely not being touched again for a while.

Map offerings are awful, and prove that whilst there are survivor-sided maps, even the most killer-sided ones are still survivor-sided in the right hands. Don't believe me? Remember, maps are designed with two basic principles: stealth and loops. Dead Dawg, Yamaoka, even Hawkins, they're all awful when facing stealthy SWF. It's even worse when they burn the offering: You know that no-one will ever believe you, because most people only care about loops.
That's why Haddonfield and Ormond are so damn bad: They have both stealth and loop options.
Not to mention indoor stealth killers...

Then they need to invest id more then 2 balance devs for a wider view on what is and is not balanced.

Here's an idea. Reverse them. Instead of a map offering increasing chances, let it decrease chances. That way, i could STOP GETTING THE PRESCHOOL

Sadly the school is the current dev's idea of a rebalanced map to be more fair to killer.

It's more a 'they know and want to do something, but shy away from making massive changes because of the very loud people in the community'
