I have said it for a long time now. There would be nothing more toxic than running a killer for all 5 gens, just to get Noed'd and have the killer default dance over your slugged body as they secure the only 1 kill they can get.

I'm not going to be rude or nasty, that isn't me, with that said though horror and what's "scary" to people is about as subjective as it gets alongside with comedy. If they were to go down that road though they should be done as tasteful as possible. For now though, don't expect it anytime soon.

There's no reason that should be in this game, it doesn't fit it at all.
