Perhaps try and order the Killer's position in the tier list according to their position? Tiers are all over the place.

I'm surprised that spirit isn't in S tier on average. And I don't think Doc should be that high. Hillbilly, in my opinion, doesn't belong in the same tier with Hag or Huntress.

Hillbilly is seriously underrated on this board. I did not realize how many players were dependent on his charge add ons even though we have seen the double engravings Hillbillies wrecking trials for years.

No, but third best killer still sounds right to me. What made me say that he was underrated was Stinde saying Hillbilly does not deserve his A tier in his/her post with the tier picture:
This thought that Billy drops to B tier post rework is more common on the board than this thread shows.

I mostly agree with this list, tho Spirit should be in S tier.

I more or less kind of agree, mostly. I think Clown should be B or C tier, he's actually more effective than Pig honestly, maybe on par with Deathslinger even. Both Clown and Deathslinger are characters who can get efficient hits in chases but are weak outside of chases. Deathslinger is better in the open than Clown but might be slightly weaker at loops that Clown can block off with gas. And Clown has the 115% vs 110% speed advantage. Both have to reload their ability on the fly, with Deathslinger doing it constantly every shot and Clown taking longer to reload but only having to reload between chases. So personally I'd put them both in B-C tier somewhere.
Also S tier to me is Spirit, Nurse and Freddy. A+ tier would be Hag and Hillbilly. Huntress, Oni and Pyramid Head would be B+ (Pyramid Head is severly overrated by some people, he's good at getting a hit at a vault but otherwise his abilities are "ok" and he only can get around the map at walking speed which is a common problem that the actual S-A tier killers can get around.)

Sure he’s loopable. And I agree that Oni with his power is stronger than Hillbilly. But Hillbilly doesn’t have to collect blood.
I play a lot of base kit Hillbilly. If you’re on Discord we should hangout some time. Maybe we can play together and chat.

I'm honestly starting to think Demo is sleeper A tier. He gets mobility in his portals, and can mind game his ability with no drawbacks similar to Executioner and Deathslinger.
A good demo can apply crazy pressure

that is true, as a demo main i can say people are sleeping on him but he is definitely not A tier yes he has map mobility but unlike other teleporting he has to set up his portals first and he can only teleport between them he can't do it from anywhere he likes.
as for the mind game it only works well when you use the addon rat liver which changes his movement speed when channeling "of the abyss" from 92% ms to 101% only 1% faster than survivors whereas PHead moves at 110% when using his power and unlike deathslinger who moves at 82.5% deathslinger can cancel his power instantly to regain his max speed and can attack quickly and whilst demo and PyHead have to wait before they can attack PyHead was still closing the gap between him and the survivor while demo was barely keeping up.
in my opinion demo is b+ but he just has a week freddy teleport with a set up time and has a weaker PyHead mind game that requires an addon to barely work along with the fact that he telegraphs his every action to all survivors through sound. all he needs to be good is to have his sounds tied to his terror radius and to have his addons re-balanced

This this this. Too many player focus on if the killer can counter loops but not if they can make up for it in other areas. Billys one shot and mobility that he always has access to more than make up for it.
If you deny Oni the first hit by not taking too many chances at loops you can deny him his power for the first 5 minutes of a match.
