How often do you use Resilience?
I've been thinking in using this perk but I always change my mind. Does this perk really makes a difference? Do I need to use with ironwill ?

the perk has some noticable effects in game so i do see alot of people using it i also tend to us it from time to time
effects on gens 80 secs to like 71 sec repair time not count if another survivors is on it or thanthobia is in play
window vaulting the time to vault is noticable quiker even the slow vauls is speed up
healing i dont remeber the excat time it takes to heal but by default it is speed quite nicly not taking any anti heal slow down perks into account
chest search speed is increased not that important but noticable
i do see people purpoly not heal just to get like make value out of the perk so i would it dose make much of differnce in game also it good to run iron will with if you intend to use to its fullist potental

Depends on my build, if its a build i intend to be chased with i do

I use it quite frequently. I stay injured most matches, so why not get a 9% boost in everything?

It simply depends on what I am seeing a lot of:
If its nothing but Tier 3 builds(Extended or Permanent)Michaels/Oni's/Legion I'd probably run it.
If I am getting thana/Sloppy combo nearly every game I'd run it.
But generally speaking I'd only run it as my flexible slot if I am playing a build that has one(Which I usually do as a solo survivor).
But its not a main stay perk in any build other then the No Mither dream meme.

Very mature bro

I run it in my chase build. Resilience and spine chill for quick af vaults, iron will for window techs, and dead hard to extend chases

This is pretty much one of my go-to perks. I don't use healing perks and, on the occasion when I can't find a teammate to heal me, I at least get the benefit of faster action speeds. Not to mention, it has saved my hide a few times when I was able to get the exit gate open before the killer could reach me.

It means you have the action speed buff for the entire trial.
No Mither users will usually run Resilience with Prove Thyself for fast gen repairs.

I think No Mither is not "necessary". I like to run it with a medkit with many healing charges or sometimes combined with Botany Knowledge to get one more heal from the medkit with the right addons. Then healing 99% (with Botany really quickly) and keep the injured status for the next gen. And just tap yourself when the killer approaches.
Also Spinechill is nice on this build to have 15% increased vault speed when injured.

Quite a few action (repairing a gen, healing, opening an exit gate etc.) get a small speed boost from this perk, but it's only really useful if you feel confident enough to stay injured most of the time.

Yeah that's something that makes me anxious because I'm not really good at chases

Then i really wouldn't recommend using that perk.
Always choose the perks that support your play style the best.

If you don't heal, Resiliance comes in clutch. Slap on Spine Chill for some very fast vaults indeed, thanks to the vault rework, Iron Will for the stealth since blood is very difficult to track on most maps (and it's still bugged and removes ALL of your breathing) and DH for that sweet, sweet distance.

I have been running an injury build over the past while, Spine chill, Iron Will, Lithe(I suck with dead hard) and Resilience. I've found pretty good results with it so far. But my team constantly trying to heal me despite me not standing still gets annoying.
To answer you're questions... depends. If the killer is running Thanataphobia it pretty much counters your resilience if 2 or 3 survivors are injured.
Do you need iron will? Only if the Killer dosent pay attention to sound.

Never really. I don't think the 9% is worth the slot. WOuld be nice if this is not happening got a buff as great skill checks are trash on gens now.

I run in more in solo queue than when I'm playing with a friend because I'm less likely to get healed by randos. It's nice to have that speed boost on things if I'm away from killer and just trying to get things done. But it's always a toss-up if it'll get used out of chase based on how people are healing.
Mint if you're going against a plague and can't cleanse tho, or even an instadown killer who's really making use of that so there's not really a point in being healthy.
