Why I am not allowed to totally skip teachable perks?
I want to spend my Bloodpoints on Steve Harrington bcs he is very handsome, after all, but I don't wanna make his useless crap like Babysitter, Camaraderie and Second Wind appear in all other characters' Bloodwebs.
I am sure that if DbD had a feature allowing to somehow bypass upgrading Teachable Perks and stop them from further appearing on next levels. Seriously, his terrible perks restrict me from playing him..

Just don't get those perks in his bloodweb then and you're good to go. You said yourself you don't like them so not being able to unlock them further shouldn't be an issue for you either.

You know that if I try to skip them (perks with orange backrounds) - they will just appear on next levels constantly until I finally upgrade them.

I'm pretty sure they'll keep coming up in the bloodweb until you get them, therefore stopping other perks taking the place, I'm not sure though as the longest I delayed getting one is only 3 bloodwebs.

They will, so just don't get them ever.
They will but that doesn't mean you have to ever unlock them. From level 20 onwards, I believe, you're guaranteed 2 perks, meaning you're able to take one perk and leave one for The Entity. If there are 3 perks, just hope the entity takes the teachable and if it doesn't, oh well level up avoiding the perk till the entity takes it. If there are four perks, do the same as if there were 3 except your guaranteed to get the ones you want.

After 50th level there will be 4 perks you can choose in this case - 3 teachables and 1 random one. As you can see - not upgrading teachables dramatically lowers your chances of getting perks I want to have.

But once you reach lv 50, 4 perks appear in the blood web (including the teachables). So you’ll easily be able to bypass them at lv 50 whilst still unlocking other perks.
That said though I think Steve’s perks are better than what they’re given credit for. Camaraderie has saved my butt a couple of times, same as Second Wind. And on characters I don’t have BT I like using Babysitter to get the killer to chase me so that whoever is unhooked has a better chance taking advantage of the no blood/no Scratchmarks buff

I mean yeah, kinda the reason I got all the teachables for deathslinger despite none of them really fitting my playstyle except hex:retribution, I just wanted more choice when it came to perks.

I wish there was a toggle. Starting again on PC with my survivor maxed out with all teachables on Xbox is hurting my soul. Oh boy, better unlock Calm Spirit or that'll be on every Jake bloodweb forever. Yay

No. This is for the people who buy DLC's for the character's perks. Imagine that ######### being random like the other perks....ugh.
