    Mr. X (or Nemesis) from Resident Evil. Probably paired with Jill Valentine or Claire Redfield.

    The Keeper ("Boxhead") from The Evil Within. Paired with Joseph Oda and/or Juli Kidman.

    Chris Walker from Outlast. Paired with Miles Upshur (the 1st game's protagonist).

    And a Haunted Suit of Armor (I'd once joked that the Black Knight from Scooby Doo should be in DbD, except now I kind of actually want that to be a thing).


    Otherwise I absolutely second both the Xenomorph and Pinhead.

    I'd like to see a bunch of horror/thriller icons in DBD, but the problem is that they just wouldn't fit very well. Probably the one thing I really would love to see (I saw a thread that inspired it) is the Future Predator, or (I guess more people will know them than Future Predators) one of those aliens from A Quiet Place. The problem is that these things are all way stronger than literally anything in DBD and it would probably feel kind of lame seeing such powerful creatures getting held back. Same as xenomorphs, and even the Demogorgon.
