Does it activate for:
- downed survivors?
- hooked survivors?

Yes. The only activation condition is that there's an alive survivor within range. That's it. Anything else won't affect it.

I tried using Whispers but I can’t unhear a hungry stomach whenever it triggers and it just makes me laugh and distracts me lol.
