Has anybody actually seen an improvement with 60 tick servers?
I have not noticed a single thing on the survivor side just curious if anybody else has.

I've just yesterday vaulted a jungle gym window, walked 5m past the pallet then been hit through the window by the killer back there. Wish I could see the killer's ping sometimes since the survivors were all below 100ms.
On the killer side - I have noticed the elimination of moments where I am stuck in a grab off generator animation for 3s while the survivor goes running off (but maybe I've just been lucky...) - haven't had the issue with someone jumping out of a locker infront of me being grab animation locked as well which used to occasionally.
I have still encountered laggy survivors causing strange animation issues after I have picked them up and tried to hook them - basically freezing at the hook though.
Maybe it was slightly killer favored even though the "server hit detection validation" should've helped survivors vs laggy killers as well... also doesn't fix some of the bugs as noted before but addressed one for me

I'm still getting countless times where the killer is not within hitting distance and not even looking at me yet I still get hit.

Hits are the same, no difference at all. You can tell easily by playing against Hitboxtress.
Except now we have the dedicated hits, validated hits and the 60 tick hits memes.

Until hit validation returns, the experience is Favor The Killer! Hits are validated on The Killer's side so the 60 updates per second do little against laggers, manipulators and VPNers. I have noticed a few times where the hit was missed at a window which is nice before previously it felt like a 99% chance of getting struck. I hope HV is returned soon and improves the experience.

Nope. Still getting bs hits when I'm far away from the window or at a pallet that was dropped completely.

As killer I notice that I am hitting objects instead of survivors that are directly in front of me.

Hit validation and upgraded tick rate are completely different to each other, and the hit validation beta was disabled after a few days because it was, ya know, a beta

Nope.
Still getting hit by Freddy, Nurse and Pig from a mile away.
Still getting hit through windows despite taking several steps away.
Still getting robbed of saves when the bar is 100%.

Honestly a little bit? I've not had anymore issues where I've attacked a Survivor at a window only to have a server stutter that teleports the Survivor 20 meters ahead of me. That's been going off and on for a while now and thankfully seems to be in the past.

I have seen a consistent improvement on my end, at least for my survivor.
