Would you use BBQ and Chili if it had no Bloodpoint bonus?
I'm kind of curious on how much of the popularity of BBQ and Chili has to do with it giving a fairly large out-of-game bloodpoint bonus versus using it simply because it's a good tracking perk. There's no question the perk is popular, but how much of the popularity has to do with the BP bonus and does its tracking stand up on its own without that?
Personally I'm in the camp that without the BP bonus the perk is "ok" but I prefer using other things instead since I don't care about the bloodpoints from it. And some of the streamers I watch have sometimes commented that they mainly run BBQ and Chili for its bloodpoints, while one or two others run it specifically for the auras and don't care about the points and still a couple of others don't run it at all (I don't think I've ever seen Michi run it on his Hag for instance.)
So what's your take on it?

I would usually use BBQ and Chili even without a bloodpoint bonus
I like that BBQ and Chili gives more of a flow to where you should go and what survivors are doing. However the BP bonus is very well designed because it encourages you to hook all the survivors and not camp/tunnel. The bonus is like your reward for playing the game more fairly.

I already don't use BBQ on all my killers, so the ones that I still do use BBQ on would pretty much not change

Even before it got indirectly nerfed, BBQ was never the greatest perk. If it didnt have the BP bonus its usage rate would plummet.

It would just be another useless perk with way too many drawbacks.

Interesting, looks like a pretty even split so far (13 would use without the BP bonus, 12 would not use it without the bonus and 4 don't currently use it).

the info gained is very good especially with killers who can down fast such as my main ghostface

I don't feel like "I wouldn't use it" or "I would use it" does the question justice.
Depends on the killer, on high mobility killers that can zoom over to BBQ auras yeah I might run it but without the bloodpoint bonus something like MYC could be more useful on Hag.

I ACTUALLY only use it for the blood points. I play Doctor so I don't use tracking perks, I only run BBQ for extra bps, but if that's gone, nope.

Sure, it's somewhat killer dependent, but the question is about whether you personally see yourself usually using it most of the time you play. In the above example do you play a lot of Hag for instance? Then maybe the answer for you is No. Do you use it mainly when you play Freddy or Billy because of their mobility but you don't play them that often? Then that would be a No.

There are much better tracking perks I would use instead. Maybe on some specific killers, but that's a maybe.

definitly wouldn't use it without the bonus BP, it's kinda the only good reason to use it, and it's why i run it on everykiller coz playing killer iss really stressfull so i feel like getting double BP compared to survivors is fair.

I don't usually use BBQ and Chili currently even with its bonus
Hangmans trick would be better lol. We have so many better info perks that tells you where survivors are. discordance, nurses, thlling thremores 4 second aura is not really worth it unless u play Nurse or Billy

There are way better information perks that I would use in a heartbeat, but I'm not halving the value of my killer matches.

The aura effect is not very reliable considering all the various ways Survivors got to counter the effect but at least it tells me sometimes where to go. I'd only use BBQ without the bonus BP on certain killers that have good map mobility.

I like BBQ but I personally think Thrilling Tremors is better, but the BP bonus is very nice, so I gravitate to it when I'm low on bp, otherwise, Thrilling's my favorite post-down/post-hook tracking perk

I think I might use it, but not all the time, like I use now. This, because you can't always rely on the aura reading, but the bloodpoints are very nice and you just need to hook each survivor once to get them.
