Tunneling btw
Game has been out for 5 years? and still tunneling isn't punishing the Killer but punishes the Survivor for whatever reason.
Don't reply with "jUST usE DeCISivE STrikE" -- That buys you all of 10 seconds, if that.
Punish the Killer for pursuing the same person after being unhooked, not the survivor themselves

If a survivor safe unhooks infront of you. Should you ignore them? No. Youre playing into the survivors hand at that point. Sure tunneling sucks ass. I don't do it often. But sometimes survivors and their arrogance needs to be punished.
Since youre a killer main let me give you a scenario. You just hooked someone and suddenly you see a megettenea come out of left field to unhook. Should you ignore it?
Lets say you decide no. Boom. One hit. Cool. They unhook. Second hit. Boom. They down the dwijakejeff now is injuried. Infront of you. While you have a down survivor. Do you a) let them go. B) chase them and down them?.
You would go with option b. Cause 1 down. 1 in chase. = 1 surv potentially having to get off gen to go get their buddy. 3 people off gens. Which slows surv doing their obj.

no i would just hook the unhooker lol? im not scummy, and besides im sure the other person would be able to get far enough in the time it takes to hit someone two times

You misread. This is you hitting the guy while he is unhooking cause swf hook swap.

I try not to tunnel as killer. Sometimes it needs to be done though. As an OoO user I get tunneled almost every game as survivor. It definitely punishes the killer because by the time he gets 3 hooks on me, if he gets 3 hooks all the gens are done and people are leaving.

I don't want to tunnel survivors and always feel a bit guilty if I down the unhooked on straight away (though I do leave them on the ground and chase the unhooker so they have a chance to be healed.
Having said that, playing fair is getting me the runaround from survivors and killers alike. I want everyone to have fun and have the chance to get lots of points but perhaps I need to play a bit more selfishly.
