Is there a reason someone using infinite tier 3 on Myers would use NOED as well?

Myers' movement speed also gets increased with 4% with NOED. Maybe thats why? I mean dont get me wrong there are other perks that would have more of a benefit for him then NOED if he has an infiniteT3 addon equipped. But we dont know if they didnt have any other perks unlocked on Myers that would benefit them.

Insurance. Also for me, a known NOED hater, Mikey is a killer I feel NOED belongs on. It fits his lore.
He is one killer I am always expecting noed on, like when you think it's over, it's not. Cant lie, I get a little disappointed when there isn't NOED on Mikey.

Insurance. If he's unable to reach infinite tier 3 before all 5 gens are done, he now has NOED there to back him up.

I feel like you played against me before this (ugh) patch. I use it because it's the only other perk besides DH and PWYF that gives killers additional movement speed (I use PWYF too for a whopping 19% additional movement speed -- that's a grand total of 5.36 m/s on a 115% killer). Now, with Judith's Tombstone, that slows down (by 7%?), but do you realize the terror of a killer with an instant mori who's moving at crazy speeds?

Also, the terror was real ngl... but it was also a fun round. After 3 were dead he found me at the door and decided to let me live. If that sounds familiar then tyvm. XD OH, and he got Lery's just out of sheer luck. Couldn't have been more perfect for Myers.

If they pair it with Tombstone, then it makes sense since it makes up for the move-speed penalty. There are better perks to use for sure.

I played against a Rancor, Devour hope ebony mori player earlier. Some players just have no logic to their builds.

The short answer is they shouldn't need it; they are wasting a Perk Slot. By the end of the game, one would assume they will have reached Tier-3 and have Insta-Down already. However, I suppose if they are a new Shape Killer, and have trouble Stalking up, perhaps they are hedging their bets.
