Alchemist power and POV doesn't suit him at all
His story is that he used to be a bright alchemist helping people. That makes me think like someone smart that can use some sort of magic power, instead he has a caveman power, uga buga knocks his head in a wall them screams and goes berserk hitting whatever is in front of him?Even Oni is a more calculated killer than blight, and that says a lot.

It's also shown the serum turned him into a monster who's incredibly instinctual. Whatever he might have been before, he certainly isn't now.
He must retain some form of intelligence, and he's definitely the smartest killer, but the combination of the serum and the Entity means he's not exactly smart, particularly in trials. I think it's actually rather fitting; his own ambition is what caused him to lose the thing he held dear, and what used to help others now hurts them instead. He was driven mad with his own lust for knowledge and in the end he lost it all.

Simpler explanation: man smart but high on drugs.

His fov is fine. His PoV is way too low. It should be at his proper height; ghostface level.

I was questionable about his power at first for I thought something more smart or scientifical would happen but now I understand he's no longer that man, he's a monster now who is hell bent on enacting pain, and is driven by instinct, so now I can kinda understand, but his pov needs to change

Have you read the story of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, which the Blight seems to be inspired by (I think they even mentioned it in Into The Fog)? Dr Jekyll was a brilliant chemist that created a serum to transform himself into his most base self in order to do the things he had always secretly desired to do. Most modern interpretations paint Hyde as a literal monster.
The Blight is similar: One of his own concoctions transformed him into a monstrous, raving lunatic. It's the basis of Jekyll/Hyde stories. The Blight is not the same man that did all of the brilliant sciencing, he's a degenerate lunatic that rushes around murdering people.
