To people who play Ash knowing he is bugged
Just stop using him knowing it is a exploit. Ask him if they knew that he is bugged to get the response of it like permanent iron will. Told him it is not intended and exploiting and he shrugged it off with the the line get a life. Did a report on Xbox just because of how brash he was knowing in game reports go nowhere. Hopefully it gets fix soon rather than later.

Maybe Ash is where he has all his perks? I know that if someone came to me and said "no you cant play jane she has a temp bug" I'd just tell them to get lost.

LOL I'm gonna use Ash just cause of this post. Imagine telling people they can't use any of the killers that have the DS bug right now/any other bug. Wouldn't that be silly?

Also I've only noticed this but only when the killer is a blight so how's about you stop playing a bugged killer it doesn't happen with anyone else.

Glad to see people still can't act humble and will exploit things just because. I guess gun man is still bugged just because his TR is music base right? Goes for doc and PH too? Maybe learn some common sense about game design and a bug before saying dumb statements.

And where is your post about not using hex totems in case you get the Badham map?
On a side note I actually thought it was only the sounds on the survivor side that were bugged? I Was playing as Feng and my fast vaults didnt make noise for me but I just assumed it was just not making noise for me...

Your comparing something killers can't control to a conscious decision survivors make. Also no killers don't hear anything either. I found out about it and stopped using him because I have some standards there low but they are there.

Same things like killers playing bugged DS killers. I'm not gonna ask then not to play them just for me. In other words just gonna have to play with it.

You would be better off putting a PSA on here about Ash being bugged so that the good sportsmen can be aware and steer clear of him than telling the community not to use him. I try to be unbiased but my knee jerk reaction was to point out the fact that killers took advantage of the hill bug (I never saw a single killer let someone wiggle off out of the hill or just pick up and drop), and all of the BS hits caused by latency (I've even see tru3 admit something shouldn't have hit but he still hooked them)
I dont plan to exploit any Ash bug, and will stop wiggling if I can tell the killer is suffering the action bug, but its tempting when someone comes on the forum and tries to dictate how I should play

1) There's any official statement from the devs not to play Ash?
2) Hill bug. I died 2-3 times and gave hooks because of it. Killers showed no mercy about this bug.
3) DS, 2 second stun on some killers. Easy tunnel.
4) No heart beat bug
But Ohhh yeah, Ash has perma iron will and it's an exploit WHILE at the moment iron will is bugged and the survivors making noise while injured!
Okay bud, tell me not to play Ash again.

In this case no. Nobody is going to get banned for playing a DLC character just because his sound is bugged. Just like nobody got banned for hooking survivors who were stuck in the hill and nobody is getting banned for not standing still an extra 3 seconds when DS bugs out.
As I said, you have to rely on the good sportsmanship of the community not to take advantage. Some (myself included) didn't even know this bug existed. Coming at us with "don't do this you pieces of [BAD WORD]" will just turn away the ones that would otherwise play fair

1) Answer me if it's any official statement.
2) I've always used iron will on my Ash because he's loud.
Atm iron will is bugged and i make noise while using it on other survivors.
So bugged or not, my Ash would be silent while injured.

Ok man, I get it, you are posting this more to vent than to actually appeal to the community. I was paraphrasing. Perhaps I should have said "don't play him or I will post on the forums and report you on the platform"?

I was wondering ######### was up when I picked Ash tonight. I thought the game was glitching on me with messed up sounds. Won't be picking him until it gets fixed.

I got the pernament Iron Will bug a few times on both Feng Min, and Steve Harrington. I don't think it's Ash exclusive. I think there is just a bug in the coding for survivors cries of pain.

Ash makes no sound every time. Player with and against it too. Moment I found it know I wouldn't and couldn't use him.

What you also have in mind that not everyone is aware that certain bugs exists. I've played this game for two years, have around 2k hours in the game and I wasn't even aware that Ash was bugged before I saw this post, and I'm a killer main (not many people play Ash).
I allow survivors to wiggle off when I see them affected by the hill bug (it's still in the game), although if it's a high pressure game I'm only able to afford to drop them to a different location so that their team mates can pick them up (least they're no longer stuck).
Although I've had the same survivors who I've helped get unstuck, t bag me later in the game.

Yeah, I've let a whole team reset after this since I had 2 on the hook when finding one stuck. Still got t-bagged at loops. That 4k felt SWEET!

What if I played Ash without knowing there was a bug with? You can't know that for sure, he is one of my main alongside Cheryl ffs, if you report at nothing, I will report you back, simple as that

nice try, but this community can be a handful to deal with at times.
a character is bugged (doesnt matter on which side) and gets a huge advantage because of it? yeah you can expect the amount of times you meet exactly that character in a game to drastically increase.
have you heard of "forever legion"?
it was so bad that they had to ban people because they kept abusing the bugged add ons over and over again.

I own everything only learned about it when I picked him. Tested it back to back games same results. It also happen with this update.

Started playing as spirit was come out so yeah I remember it. The problem is still the same that a problem will not be fixed until it is already out of control.

Doesn't matter in the long run, survivors in general get the benefits of the sounds being bugged just because Ash gets it consistently doesn't change anything cause the sounds will always be bugged and have been since the engine changed.
Players going after other players about bugs is really dumb when BHVR are the ones they should probably be yelling at about a bugged game since they keep releasing things like this.

Killers kept taking advantage of the glitch where survivors kept getting stuck by the ramp leading up the hill, so not much can be said for using Ash. Tit for tat.

I had no idea Ash was bugged.
However, I P3'd Ash. He's got all the unlocked perks on him. I can't just not use him because something is screwed up in the game once again. No, it's not cool for people to play as him because he's bugged, but it's also not fair to condemn players just for playing as him, either.

I've noticed some killers recover surprisingly fast from DS, is that the bug you're talking about?

Most people don't know that he's bugged, I know I didn't know about it.
You know what this is like? The tinkerer bug where the hillbilly would permanantly stop having a terror radius after tinkerer proc'd for the first time in a match. People abused the hell out of that & no one did anything.

I also don't know which killers have the DS bug so I can't avoid them. The only one I know about is Blight.
So unless they say otherwise, they just might not know.

They still don't aim properly...it's like you have to aim from the characters hand instead of your camera which makes no sense...on Ash you can aim them with your camera and get a blind no problem
