Question about self healing
3 people are injured, I have Botany, Self-Care, Desperate Measures, and Resilience, but my healing bar is still red. I wasn't mangled or anything. The 4th survivor got hit shortly after I took this screenshot and then my bar turned white. So it seems like with all of these bonuses including the 56% from Desperate Measures, I only get up to 100% healing speed.
Here's the way I've been thinking these perks interact:
Self-care reduces healing speed by 50%. The healing perks I have add 33%, 9%, and 42%, which add up to 84%. 50% + 84% = 134%, which should give me a yellow bar.
Does anyone know how this works? All I know that negative effects are multiplicative and positive effects are additive. The rest is just an assumption. I am stumped.

Selfcares 50% is multiplicative not additive so its only with those 3 personal perks at max efficiency 99% which might still be red bar due to rounding

Did it go quickly enough that it was worth it though? I've been wanting to try that build.

its 99% speed self care or 198% speed healing with a medkit on self of course its worth

It felt fast, so yeah I'd say it's worth it if you don't mind only having one flex perk in the build.
This is something I would like to lab out though. I know Painkillers did it a while ago, and in that video SC + Botany seemed to total up to 75% healing speed. 50% of 33% is 16.5%, so I really have no clue what the math going on is supposed to look like

The perk says "at 50% speed" not reduced by 50% or something, so this might be different, how it is actually handled. Need to test, but I would guess Selfcare + Botany Knowledge then isnt at 83% of normal speeb but at 66,5%
Meaning, for Selfcare you need to think of the 50% as being 100% and all modifications apply to that. So, if you increase Selfcare by 50%, then you increase it to 75%: half of the "base speed" is 25% of the regular speed.
When you say the 4th stack of Felix' perk made it white it would fit. Because the "bonus" is then 56 + 9 + 33 = 98%
98% of 50% is 49% meaning you are boosted to 99%. There is a reason why I think Botany Knowledge is actually 33.333333% instead of only 33% (if you want I can explain that in detail, but takes some lines) so this might actually cause the rounding to go up to 100% making it a clean white bar

50% multiplier, I have used botany + resilience + leader and still had a red bar for healing speed

Leader does not affect yourself

Ok! I think I figured it out! Thanks to @/Fibijean over on this thread: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/104861/how-fast-is-self-care-with-botany-knowledge-and-resilience
The formula seems to be (HEALING_TIME_AFTER_DEBUFFS / (ADDITIVE_BUFFS + 1)). This means:
Self Care: 32 / 1 = 32 seconds
Self Care + Desperate Measures (2 injured survivors): 32 / 1.28 = 25 seconds
Self Care + Botany Knowledge: 32 / 1.33 = 24 seconds
Self Care + Desperate Measures (4 injured survivors): 32 / 1.56 = 20.5 seconds
Self Care + Botany Knowledge + Desperate Measures (2 injured survivors): 32 / 1.61 = 20 seconds (19.88)
Self Care + Botany Knowledge + Desperate Measures (4 injured survivors): 32 / 1.89 = 17 seconds (16.9)
Self Care + Botany Knowledge + Desperate Measures (4 injured survivors) + Resilience: 32 / 1.98 = 16 seconds (16.16)
Pretty neat! I'm a little disappointed that I can't constantly heal myself in about 12 seconds, but this honestly isn't too bad. I'm not really sure it's worth running three perks to heal yourself that fast, but it's definitely going to be a build I use sometimes. Enjoy that info dump.

think a little and maybe you could have put 2 and 2 together that it was under someone elses leader effect

"think a little" thanks for that "nearly insult". Was I blaming you in any way? Probably you should write "AND I was affected by leader" and not list it in the perks "you used". But ok, next time I'll just assume everyone has perfect knowledge and don't dare to correct, when the written word is literally wrong
