DC Penalty Is Off
At least for me. I disconnected so many times and never had to wait even a second to get in a match

Well that's sort of a mean thing to do.
You aren't really bothering the killer. If people DC, I get a little jolt of schadenfreude that they feel that beaten. And hey, all I need to do is choose whether to be nice to the remaining three or not.
The people you are bothering are the other three survivors, who must now endure a bad game.

I'm pretty damn sure DCing in the middle of the chase gives the Killer the idea that you gave up.

I understand but I feel no type of way when my teammate DC and I have to find a way to have fun in this game. Do the killer get full points when someone DC or a set amount?

I only dc as killer normally and mostly near end of the game(yea I know pointless)and out of rage.

A set amount, but it's quite generous. And plus, BP - after a certain point in time - does not feel amazingly important. Like...it comes in and I spend it.
About the only thing that would annoy me is if I was running some top tier addons. But again, on my two main killers I'm already sort of flush with these (especially Mori's).
Again - the only people you are hurting are the other three survivors, who at least expect you to stick it out. It's just...bad, bad karma.
I'm a firm believer that, whatever you put out into the world comes back to you. And those other survivors aren't NPCs. They are real people who waited for a match and were hoping for a real one.

Meh. At that point open the exit gates yourself and try to bodyblock someone in the trial. heh heh heh.

I believe in karma too but not in a video game. I believe in karma in real life. My DCing is “my” equivalent of the killer tunneling and camping. Some teammates may not be mad when someone DC. It may be more that get mad but I know not everyone gets mad. I understand when someone DC even if I don’t know the reason

Hey, it’s your game. You feel you want to DC, DC. Don’t lose your sanity over a game. That’s why I find different ways to have fun
0 -
It probably does but I have fun when I do it. So I satisfied the killer while also have some fun in a match. Win/win I guess if they are satisfied

Except that once other people are involved, it sort of is 'real life'.
And I don't think that other survivors are as accepting as you are. I know that I'd be pretty annoyed.

As long as I didn’t physically harm someone, I’m pretty sure there is no karma. Unless you’re talking about, I all of a sudden want to actually play and people keep DCing. Now I can see that being in game karma. But I’m pretty sure nothing bad is going to happen to me because of a video game. If it did happen that way, imagine how many bad things would happen because of karma all because I was killing people in GTA Online. I heard people get real mad on there when you kill them. I did it a few times but nothing happened bad to me in real life. Maybe some got a better playing on me and they kept killing me but that’s in game karma

Shrug. I don't know. Karma doesn't work like that. It doesn't wait for things to be convenient or get you in ways you don't mind.
It strikes when you least want it to - to basically force you to say to yourself 'well, I wish I hadn't done that now'.
But at the end of the day, it's up to you. You know you are doing a bad thing to others for your own personal enjoyment. It may be petty, but it's still...wrong? And when you do stuff like that...there is always a bill to pay, down the line.
That said, again - you do you, mate. Make your choices, and live with them.

Not over a video game though. I played GTA Online for years now; killing, stealing, blowing people personal vehicles up, kept messing with someone till they left the lobby because they messed my cargo or something up and nothing happened to me bad for having fun on a game. Just in game when they either get revenge and turned the tables and kept killing me or got one of their friends to torture me, which I always found hilarious

I don’t regret doing things in a virtual world. Maybe in real life but I don’t treat people like they are a game character because well, that’s horrible to kill, steal, and all that in real life.

Eh. Last I'm going to say on this because I don't think you are going to change your mind here - but when you have to rationalize and defend something you are doing this much, chances are that you know you are not doing right.
0 -
Lol no. I just don’t take video game as serious I guess. I don’t know if you do but it seem like it. It’s only a game
0 -
Eh. I try to treat real people with respect, whether that is in a game or not. Because I know that there are real people behind those avatars.
Anyway - I don't think this is going anywhere productive, so you do your thing. But don't try to rationalize or whatabout your way out of it - you know that you are being a massive jerk to deliberately upset other people.
If you can feel good about that then...yeah. Not much more to be said.

DCing is justified depending on how the opposing team is behaving. If I'm the killer and the opposing survivors are a bunch of flashlight clicking, teabagging #########, I'll DC right away. They'll lose their items (especially good if they all dumped cakes on the match) and I don't waste my time.
As a survivor, if the Killer is basically pulling a Basement camp with insidious, I'm going to just suicide myself.
