Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Cap BP to 5 or even 10 milion?

While I understand why BHVR capped it to 1 mil its still not enough, You don't even reach level 50 let alone 40 if you spend 1 mil BP on someone it's even worse when you got  every single perk unlocked and the only thing that shows up on your bloodweb are cruel limits, monstrous shrine, mindbreaker, remember me etc. Personally I don't really bother playing a killer that much unless I got a decent amount of good perks to choose from.

When any new killer comes I will grind up to 1 milion, save a few rift challenges, complete all my dailies and so on but rift + daily barely covers more then maybe 500K BP (depends how many challenges are saved and which one you did)  :/

Not gonna lie I don't want them to increase the cap. Will make my guides of saving bloodpoints from the archives worthless lol

Can someone please explain to me objectively, why we can't save more than 1M BP? I mean, why the cap? Why not let us grind and save as much BP as we want to? Is it a programming problem to have people with tons of BP? What's the difference between spending them ASAP vs saving them , then spending them? Wouldn't it incentivate people on buying new killers/survivors/DLCs? Imagine a killer is REALLY weak without perks but great with perks (this never happens right?), If I saved enough BP to level him up and even prestige him a lot, wouldn't that incentivate me to buy that killer?

At least make the cap 2 million, in my opinion. Although some people would even cry about this because "ooga booga survivors will have more bloodpoints to spend on purple flashlights." That's what I've seen a while ago, when someone suggested this idea. Imagine crying about being able to save even more BP than before. That's like crying about getting free money.

    My guess is:

    A) To keep you playing instead of grind an absurd amount (say 5 million) in a short period of time then put the game down until a new character you want releases to have all the perks and add ons you want immediately.

    B) Easier to detect players giving themselves Bloodpoints to do something about it.
