Legion and the Blight.
As I've been watching more and more of the Blight (mostly on PC) I have come to be very disappointed in how Legion is handled. In my eyes, Blight is everything Legion should have been, but more important than that, it has raised a few questions.
Firstly, the Blight as relatively few issues with his power. It does not stutter or lag him back after he hits an object. Legion, however, does get pulled back when vaulting pallets.
The Blight moves at 230% when using his power, despite this, his power recharges in 10 seconds. Legion moves at 130% (his power is objectively worse) but it has a recharge time of 20 seconds.
The Blight's power lasts around 15 seconds by default, Legion's lasts only 10 by default, though it does re-fill when hitting a Survivor.
Lastly, the Blight has a stun of 2.5 seconds without any screen darkening shenanigans. This is a power that can down people, and allows him to speed around the map. Legion, whose power is vastly slower and cannot ever down Survivors, has a stun of 4 seconds and you cannot see anything around you since the screen darkens. Why give a Killer whose power is objectively worse a massive cooldown, one longer than Nurse's?
I know not a lot of people like the Legion, which is fair, he is super annoying, but I'd like to see him changed for the better, so that he can be fun to play against and to play as. Right now though, it kind of seems like he's been left by the wayside.

Legions power is a borderline free injure+slowdown with no counterplay whatsoever, with the possibility for some decent information and some juggling if the survivors are... kinda dumb or just uncoordinated. That isn't something you can just buff and expect it to not be ridiculous. (And, yeah, Legion has the easiest and least-counterable power in the game, it's just that their power only injures, not downs.)
And, to be honest, the comparison really isnt there. Blight is closer to Billy that Legion - a 230ms straight-line dash? Sound familiar?
I like Legion. I think they could use some buffs. But their power really is extremely easy to use and completely uncounterable.

Yeah, introduction of Blight only highlighted Legion problems.
With how Blight works, there is no reason on why Legion should have all of their drawbacks with such underwhelming power.
But they will sooner nerf Blight to the ground than buff Legion and change cd or fatigue system

Blight is a lot harder to control, whereas Legion controls like normal. A much faster Legion who could use his power every 10 seconds with a short stun would be a bit too strong. Legion definitely needs some buffs, but I don't think looking at Blight is the right answer. Legion's stun needs to be reduced, and probably let him actually have a way to down people with his power.

I am not saying that Blight is a model for what Legion should be. But it does seem like Legion was the test and Blight is the final product to me. It really highlights how Legion should've been.
Blight doesn't seem very hard to control on PC, people flick with him just like the flick with Billy or Oni, but on Console, yeah, Blight is pretty difficult to control. Plus, with the FPS on Console, if you use FF as Legion, it's pretty easy to get juked out of it. But I do understand your point.

It actually isn't. If Survivors go through a window and even attempt to juke you, they usually can, since you can't see scratchmarks. Plus, I play on Console, where my FPS drops to 10 when I activate Feral Frenzy, so that is likely skewing my perception.
Legion stomps newer Survivors, but he gets absolutely decimated if the Survivors have any clue as to what they are doing.
Blight does not have instant downs, he is not really close to Billy. He is a very fast, stab and run Killer who has decent mobility if you use your bounces correctly, Billy has nothing like that.
As for your last point, they need some significant buffs (so does Clown.) Their power, while it may be easy to use, has almost zero value against good Survivors who know that if they do not heal, the Legion almost always loses. That's his win condition, if the Survivors understand that healing will waste time, you will almost always lose. This makes him pretty awful against good Survivors and there isn't anything the Killer can do about it.

I've been thinking the same thing. Legion doesn't need to be as fast, since they have full control of their movement, but maybe a touch faster. The fact that you can get Blight's cool down to about 1 second indicates that Legion's cool down needs to be lower than it is. And I still think that the biggest thing Legion needs is to not be kicked from their power on a miss.

It seems to me that your perception about the difficulty of legion is extremely skewed, and that you maybe don't know how to play Blight. Hitting and running? That isn't a thing you should be doing at the best of times, not unless there is a huge concentration of survivors in one area.
And, like it or not, a lack of instadowns doesn't mean that two similar killers suddenly become completely different. 230ms, straight-line charge, similar cooldown time, similar map mobility. They even have similar in-loop use, except instead of curving you're ricocheting.
Whereas Legion has an uncounterable, extremely fast first injure and nothing else. They move at 130ms, they have full control with no real downsides since not seeing scratchmarks rarely has any effect, their power applies deep wounds, it goes away when you hit someone out of it, it gets refreshed when you hit someone in it, it cannot down anyone, you get Killer Instinct on people within your TR after a hit... I genuinely don't see the comparison.

Not getting kicked out would be nice.
Removing the screen darkening would also be cool.
Lowering the cooldown would be awesome.
Fixing his add-ons would be great too.
EDIT: also let him see scratchmarks until he hits a Survivor with Feral Frenzy.

Then explain why Legion is consistently at the bottom of tier lists? Nobody likes playing against him, I know that much.
