Why is the game being broken every few weeks?

For the better parts of 2018 and 2019 I experienced very few errors. Ever since the release of "The Oni", this game has been throwing out errors like candy after Valentine's Day, Easter and Halloween. What happened? Why do we need to verify file integrity one minute after downloading the latest patch? Why is EAC failing to substantiate? Are we at risk of being banned because of faulty patches and hot fixes? In my opinion, if Easy Anti-Cheat is involved you have a SERIOUS problem on your hands. I can't even trust that this is the place to ask these questions because the forum is [bad word]ed up right now.

I've been sympathetic up until now... If I am banned for no reason, I will not purchase this game again. I will not start over!

  • What is wrong with Patches and Easy Anti-Cheat?
  • Can you offer any more reassurance than "The patch notes page is having a rough morning"?
