Ultra-rare quality of legacy prestige
Why did you remove an ultra-rare quality from legacy prestige? Given the fact that it is no longer possible to get them, it is logical to make them of ultra-rare quality or "artifact" quality.

Ebony mori is ultra rare. But you get a lot of ebony moris than ivory.

Who cares? Honestly they should remove those rarity markers anyway as they really make no sense.
IT would be fun if it was a system like Riven Dispositions in Warframe, long story short they are based on the populairity of an item.
So if the game actually tracked usage of cosmetics and market those never used as ultra rare etc etc that dynamically changes as popularity changes that would be pretty cool.
But as it is I just wish we could order our cosmetics how we want them and be able to type-search for items/perks/etc we need.

No. They were originally of ultra-rare quality. Just like the usual blood prestige.

Well they've been very rare since like, 2017, because my friend has legacy and when we met she showed me and it was very rare.
