How was the hook glitch not fixed in the latest patch?

Killer has become unplayable. In my last 2 matches, 2 out of three times I try to hook somebody, it doesn't work.

How was this not the highest priority bug fix? Killers literally can't win because they can't hook people.

    Same with breaking pallets and gens. Literally cannot get killer challenges done because of it. Use to 4k with almost every match as killer. I'm lucky if I get 1 hook because of bugs. Devs, or mods (let devs know this please) please put these bugs at highest priority for the next bug fix update.
