On ps4 you can't report him like on pc, so it's for that I post here

You have to report elsewhere cuz all that will happen is you getting banned from the forums for posting someone else’s name so blur or delete the post and report them

If you think you found something suspicious please go to the DbD support site and submit a ticket there. The forums are not a place for this so please fill out a ticket instead.
Edit: Also please tell the support team the username of the user you are suspicious of. Just saying a Nurse did this will not help you.

I dont know why but i am pretty sure that they dont read the in game reports

We do not accept reports from the forum.
An in-game report must have been made, regardless of what platform you are playing on (yes you can report in game from consoles).
