Why does BHVR not offer refunds when they nerf new killers?
They nerfed Pyramid Head.
They nerfed Blight's add ons.

Not suprised by the moneygrab, but if these killers are too strong then start taking critism on the ptb. Oh wait Blight didn't even have a proper ptb.

Because you agreed to their terms when you bought the game, and those terms include the right to make whatever changes they see fit to it.

I mean no game offers refund on digital purchases it’s in the fine print everytime 😂 plus it’s common knowledge every character is subject to change so kind of a dumb question to even ask

- Blight's add on had to, it was ultra rare tier but in green rarity.
- Oni's Flick on the ptb was outrageous, with the right keybinds he can do a 180, plus it's back rn but less crazy.
- How did they nerf PH?
- as someone pointed out, you agreed to the terms, which you can always revoke on the settings

If you've experienced this multiple times now, it's your own fault for not waiting on buying a killer you know might have changes made to it

Remember you signed the terms of service when you bought the game. Everything is subject to change in a game like this so I recommend waiting for changes before buying a new chapter.

That's how games even partially following the "Game as a service" model work.
You don't pay for any content in the state it's in when you buy it, just leave that mindset at the door. You pay for a license to use whatever content you paid for in whatever state it ends up in. You agree to this in the TOS of the game. Sure they can't just revoke your access to content that you paid for (unless you get banned of course), but the things you pay for can change in all sorts of ways for any reason.

oh yeah, that nerf was so minor i legit forgot about it, the point of the cages was to prevent camping hence the aura removal and the respawn mechanic
