I think a lot of people have PTSD flashbacks when they see someone self-care in their games, even though there is absolutely a good time and a place to self-care, and the perk itself is good. I've stopped caring about people who run self care because honestly they can do whatever the hell they want, if they feel more at home running self-care and are having a better time who cares? As long as I get to play how I want, get a good few chases in with the killer and get some points I'm happy.
