About WGLF
I'm glad that WGLF is getting something. But having increased heaeling speed for dying survivors is nothing compared to the powerful aura reading BBQ&C gives you. It's not completely useless but unless its at least a 75% increased speed, I don't see how effective this can be, especially when most survivors would be at 90% recovery anyway.
I was hoping the new function would be equally as powerfull as BBQ&C.

Why does it have to be the same? Because they share one thing in common?

Because either BP or Aura reading would make BBQ a top pick for most killer builds. Having the 2 combined means that you get a strong ability + a huge reward. Making WGLF a choice between getting BP or putting a useful perk on is the complaint and makes the BP disparity between survivor and killer even bigger. The hope was for a moderately strong effect in addition to BP in the interest of balance. healing from dying buff is as useful as Ash's Buckle Up perk, but I suppose we will have to wait and see what the actual effect is

You're also getting new trigger conditions which is far more important. Also faster healing on downed survivor goes exactly in line the playstyle WGLF supports. I think the healing increase suits it really well and is actually pretty decent effect.

I couldn't care less about the new trigger, the new in-game function is much mroe important because with no function, the perk is nothing more than a handicap for extra bp. Also explain how picking up a dying survivor 0.1 seconds faster is so effective

It would be cool to get a token by helping a dying survivor on the ground...

You didn't really answer my question. Your reasoning for the need for them to be the same is that BBQ is strong.
IMO neither of them should provide BP benefits while simultaneously reducing the grind by removing tiers or lowering the BP cost of things.
As it stands, there's only 3 available perk slots for everyone because there's no reason to not run these perks if you don't have all the perks unlocked on whatever characters you want (which takes a LONNNGGG time). The buff just exacerbates this lack of choice.

Well you may not care but most people use WGLF for the BP stacks so they do care a lot.
You can use it to pick up someone who was very recetly slugged and didn't have time to recover yet. I see survivors forcing fast heals on recetly slugged survivors decently often so it's not like you will only get a chance to use it once in 20 games. That's better then most niche survivor perks.
If you were expecting some huge new effect then you're severely overestimating devs willingness to create strong perks.

your question being "why do they have to be the same?" the answer is simply that survivors have to sacrifice a perk slot to dedicate solely to BP while killers get a perk slot with a strong ability that also gives BP. In the interest of balance WGLF should get an ability that is as useful as the BBQ aura read. The ability they are offering is far to situational (killer has to slug) to be of consistent use

Imagine WGLF, Botany, and Desperate Measures..
Haven't even seen its numbers yet, but even if it's extremely low like 20% that is gonna be like seconds for a pick up from just being downed rofl and I expect it to be more than 20% even.
Honestly I ran it for the blood points regardless so bonus heals and easier tokens just seems like win/win all around to me.

Boy oh boy, happy news! Was this on a stream or something? Link?

Considering it's a perk that can be brought by 4 people it shouldn't be 100% as strong as the killer version. If they buffed WGLF to be any aura reading like OoO that would break the game.

Personally I would like the addition of WGLF stacks to come from healing, picking up a downed survivor and even doing totems since all of them help the others and go with the idea of the perk.
One thing they could do is make it hide any aura while doing anything which gains a stack and also show all the others your aura while within 2m till its completed.
