Powerful perks with no activation conditions
The recent announced PGTW nerf got me thinking why some other much more powerful perks don't receive the same treatment. I mean, I'm honestly ok with DS on it's own, but when you mix in unbreakable, a perk which only activation condition is you being downed (it rewards you for making a mistake, in a way), it gets a bit broken.
If unbreakable had an extra condition like working only when you get downed taking a protection hit (would kinda work together with BT, another Bill perk) that would make it a bit more fair, in my opinion.
The same thing with Object of obsession. A perk that activates by the survivor simply spawning on the map! Again, on it's own it's not broken. But add SWF in the mix and you have a team that knows where you are the whole match. There should never be something that powerful in the game. People complained about compound 21(which yeah, was too strong) when there's a perk in the game that gives survivors map wide wall hacks.
So yeah... I'd love to see unbreakable and OoO reworked next, even more than DS, to be honest. What you guys think about it?

I’d like to see DS & Unbreakable get the Deliverance treatment. If the survivor successfully stuns/self revives, then they’ll incur Broken for a significant amount of time.

I don't know.. I'd say in both of these cases you'd want people to waste time healing. Otherwise their only other option will be to hop back on gens

Finally! Someone who is ok with DS and wants other perks reworked instead. If I could give you 10 upvotes, I would.
Edit: I can't see how you could rework Unbreakable, though.

That would be good for unbreakable but not good for DS. DS as a concept is really good, it's just that the numbers are too high for it to be it's intended purpose.
If they nerfed DS and gave UB an activation condition of picking someone up from the ground, id be happy with that.

But really, any activation condition would be better than none, in my opinion. As @Leachy_Jr suggested here, it could be picking somebody up from the ground, It could be getting downed in a protection hit, it could be unhooking 2 people in a match. I think just for keeping consistent with the rest of Bill's perks it should be something altruistic.

That's actually not a bad idea, although in that case I would increase the extra recovering speed from 50% to 75% or even 100%. Overall, Unbreakable by itself, currently, is not that useful of a perk. Let's be honest here.

Agree. It's a perk that can be completely wasted or just turn a game on it's head completely. I admit it's situational but I still think it's really strong.

Honestly, I'm a fan of perks with a straight forward perk design without any complicated trigger conditions. Brutal Strength also just give the killer a little bit of faster destruction, or enduring just lessens the impact of pallet stuns etc. You may argue that such perks aren't powerful. That's true. But Unbreakable isn't that powerful either, even when you are able to use it.
