Message system
Can there be a message system so you can properly communicate with your crossplay friends? Ik on PC you can already chat but you can't do that with your friends that aren't on PC. Cross friends is kind of awkward like this yk :(

There are still options for a crossplay SWF to communicate with each other. Bhvr won't even give solo queue this for the same platform so I'll doubt they'll do it for cross play (although I don't really want it for solo queue cuz I've played enough multiplayer to realize what that causes).

Eh, I don't think it's such a great idea. Some people who'd use it are pretty cool I'm sure, but some people are 11 and will just act as toxic as possible.

If you're talking about communication during a match that PC players use things like Discord to accomplish then "https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/195648/this-issue-needs-to-be-addressed-before-top-down-balancing-can-take-place/p1?new=1" is a post I made related to it - probably could use a bump on why it's necessary for balancing the game more fairly.
If you're just talking about post-game chat between players to congratulate the Killer for a game wp'd or vice versa... then I think they said it was coming but surprisingly enough there are some players who don't even want to bother anyway due to potential saltiness and toxicity

Yeah I was thinking about a whole new system entirely, kind of like DMS for all your dbd friends. A messaging system during lobby times or something.
