My idea for giving clown map pressure

give him a teleporting ability that lets him go 50m in a few seconds it has a cool down of 30-40 seconds range addons can be added ..it’s kinda like nurse but can’t practically be used in a chase (although people could try) there could be cool down addons aswell and make his bottles reload faster also there would be a world wide notification to survivors when he teleports

buff his reloading and give him a secondary ability.
for a secondary ability i was actually thinking of him being able to target a gen and have it start giving off fumes(like freddy's gen TP) which prevents the survivors from working on it and gives away their position. it would last like 15 seconds and have a cooldown of 40 which starts as soon as it's used. also this isn't like the entity blocking the gen the killer and killer related perks like ruin and pgtw would still work on the gen.
edit: the fumes would work exactly like the regular gas from his bottles. for an animation it would be him pressing a button on a small remote device that would take a second with no movement speed debuff. I'd like to think of it as him having the gens trapped or rigged before the trial started.

They need to allow the Clown to rise his circus vagon, allowing him to move at 10.0 m/s and the ability to run over survivor to instadown them.

I actually like this idea - targetting a far off gen to release gas to make them scream (location reveal bubble), stop if not slow that gen progress completely for a few seconds while he slowly walks across the map, giving him enough time to Pop the gen as long as he is away that survivors are focusing a single gen instead of spreading pressure.
Would make a bit more sense than giving old Ken Jeff Chase Hawk teleporting powers like the demon IT since he's supposed to be a perverse human serial killer who collects trophies.

exactly and to be more clear it would completely stop any survivor from working on that gen for the duration the gas is active. After thinking about it i actually think it should last 10 seconds with a 30 second cooldown. that way it can be used frequently and if you in a chase it might be usable on a gen that a survivor is looping around.
also as you said it would make survivors have to work on different gens instead of powering through one and if the cool down and duration are short it will make it so he can try to pressure multiple gens by using ruin or pgtw on gens that are near completion. he will still have the weakness of no map traversal but being able to hinder survivors working on gens he wont make it to in time would be a good buff/rework especially when he has the potential to down survivors quickly with his base power.

Have trapezes spawn all over maps when he's in the match, like Plague fountains or jigsaw boxes. And then have him do beautiful acrobatic flips and twists as a means of fast travel between predetermined points.

How about his secondary action is to blow up a balloon and attach it to the gen. He can pop the balloon trigger it to pop from afar, or a failed skill check on that gen pops it. Has same effect as his normal gas, and makes survivors scream.
Survivors can untie the balloon to have it float away, but it takes time.
Add-ons could make people injured from the pop, could allow for more balloons in play, could make them not be disabled, etc.
