Thoughts on Felix
Although (like any new DLC character) Felix was popular when he first came out, except for my playing of him, I hardly ever see him. Yesterday I never saw another player play him and the day before I saw 1 person play him.
Why has he lost favour? Did no one really like him to begin with?
Whats everyone thoughts on him?
Also on a side note...I love how he has cosmetics called "handsome trousers". Its so cute! β€οΈ
edit: Also another side note..he has a 'bavarian waistcoat'. That makes him Bavarian Creme puff Daddy! βΊοΈ

Well, most players have their Main Character. This goes for people who want to get everyone maxed out/with all Perks and those who dont care about that. If you dont want to max out every Character, there is no reason to bring someone above Level 40, since you just get the Perks for your Main Survivor.
And even if you want to max out every Character, he has to be better than your Main Survivor to actually replace him.
Like, I played Felix as long as I got my regular Perk Build on him. Now I just get his Perks on all my Survivors and afterwards I max out the Perks on him and then I will probably never play him.

Felix is super hot and already one of my mains. I have him P3 and perk maxed already.
But yeah. People have their mains and at this point you have to really like the character to invest that many bloodpoints so it can see why there aren't as many Felix mains right now

If it's a male character, I'll play him. It just depends on the rng bloodweb, because if I don't get DS and Spine Chill, I won't use them.

I see him quite often in my matches.
I personally don't play him because I don't have him fully perked out yet - and that could be why quite a few people don't play the newer characters - waiting to get all their perks on them etc. Plus as @Aven_Fallen rightly says, a lot of players have their main character and it can be tough to get used to playing a new character then.

I see him in about every other match. Just wait until the Devs release a shirtless cosmetic for him and you will see him more often.

edit: lol, I didnt see a response when I was using my tablet..but when I moved over to phone, I can see the faces. I wonder why they dont appear on tablet...so strange...I blame The Entity...

I've been wanting to play him! But I'm still trying to get all my perks on him- I just hit P3 L50 on him, so it's gonna be a hot minute before I can finish getting them. I played some of him last night in KYF though- hopefully they come out with more cosmetics for him. I want him to be as decked out as my Steve, Jake and Ash.

The answer is what it will always be for all time; no waifu = no laifu. He doesn't outwaifu Feng, Nea, Claudette, or Meg.

Imo, when it comes to survivors it's more of a "give it time" type of thing. The people who will main Felix are likely new players who will look at the entire roster on an equal playing field rather than veterans who are already committed to a main. As far as I can tell, most people don't actually switch their mains (unless something like their favorite licensed character is introduced) so we're waiting for new players to really sink their teeth into the new chapter before we see a steady number of Felix mains.
Just my thoughts on it.
That being said, I like the character and his perks quite a bit. He's definitely in my top 5 of survivors to play and eventually at some point I'll probably P3 him. Ace (my main), Ash, Steve, Jeff, and Felix are the characters you'll see me circulating on a regular basis (and of course whoever I have a daily for or archive challenges to complete which typically takes precedence over anything else most of the time, so I swap around quite a bit).

I invest in all survivors and killers, gets all perks for them. But this guy I don't use him because he looks a bit like a douchebag. Not a fan.

I main him, P3 50'd him within the first two days of his release, have most of his cosmetics and a couple days ago finished getting all perks at tier 3 on him. I agree that I've been seeing others play him a lot less lately but I don't mind.
