Does Distressing and Coulrophobia stack with each other?
I'm trying to build this anti healing build with Legion and ai have sloppy butcher and Thanatophobia. Was just wondering if the the two in title would stack on to one another since I considered using both too.

Every TR perk works with Distressing.

Yes. If it says about the terror radius, it works with distressing. The only exception I know of is Dark Devotion.

The above, all perks or abilities that affect terror radius affect perks that work with terror radius.
Really funny with Dark Devotion as they take the terror radius with them.
Combined with Coulrophobia guarantees the slower healing for 30 seconds.

I don't know if you included Distressing on your tought but Dark Devotion is fixed at 32m TR.
