Slippery meat vs Deliverance?
I know one perk requires an unhook to have 100% chance escape. But I feel 2 perks overlap each other.
I think the perk should grant you another 20/25/30sec more on 1st hook. And remove escape attempt bonus. (This is for yourself on 1st hook)
For this change. Camaraderie change to you stay near another Survivors's 2nd hook, their hook progressing slowed down by 25%.(This is for others' on 2nd hook)

Slippery Meat has no condition to activate it unlike Deliverance. Slippery Meat will never guarantee that you are able to successfully unhook yourself, but you'll never have to do anything to earn it. Deliverance on the other hand requires you safely unhook first another survivor otherwise you have a dead perk.

Keep in mind
For deliverence:
Don't be the first chased.
Don't be the first downed
Don't get downed without Deliverence activated
Make it safe to a hook without getting found
It has to be a safe unhook
Other survivors shouldnt be faster than you
Slippery Meat:
Good Luck
So personally I would prefer Slippery. So that I get not frustrated when I'm not able to use my perk at all. When I decide to run Slippery I'm aware that it's only a chance but at least there is a higher chance for me without getting frustrated by a thousand different scenaries how to never get it activated.
