30 day on matchmaking, haven't disconnected ONCE!
Help please, support email says they can't over turn matchmaking ban, I don't disconnect, I don't kill myself on hook and I yet I got this ban. PLEASE HELP

Thats crazy. Did you log-in and it was suddenly 30 days? Or did it build up?

I updated DBD, I queued for match, I got kicked out for EAC file change even tho I ONLY updated game, I came back on dbd and it was 30 day ban

If it was really 30 days it must have been something you were actually reported for and the support team manually applied a ban. I think the max lockout for DCing is only 72 hours. 30 days sounds like some kind of unsportsmanlike behavior.

Yeah, I am not like those people. I am always friendly, i think this is a bug? I can't play dead by daylight now because of a bug and admins won't overturn matchmaking bans

got locked out of matchmaking twice yesterday because the servers just decided to boot me. No message about having unstable internet or anything. Just poof and I'm out of the match back to where I would ready up again, and if it really was an internet problem, the game would at that point tell me that "To access this content, a network connection is required", but it didn't.
Sorry to hear about the 30 day ban.
