To the Devs On behalf of everyone on PS4
so I havnt seen any comments, posts or tweets or anything In regards to what’s going on with the ps4 version of the game as of yesterday the update broke the game, users are clearly having major issues and it is not just ps4 some xbox and switch users are reporting issues, it is understandable that you have other things to deal with but currently this should fall into the top priority and if there can be some form of communication to your console players would be gratefully appreciated @Peanits @NotQueen Feel free to tag anoyone as I don’t kno all the tags for devs :)

I already tagged them a few times but no reply.. they are obviously busy but i just hope consoles are fixed in time for the event :(

From a separate thread, apparently they contacted BHVR (most likely the support team) and they got a response back

I got contacted 15 hours ago and they are investigating and working on a fix. The ps4 problems were also acknowledged in McLean's stream yesterday.
That's all I know and I'm guessing once they get a hotfix they will extend the event to compensate.
Personally I hope that they also compensate ps4 players with some extra BPs.

Well, I've just shared the information I know. Apparently my and other videos were so horrendous that they had to take action. That's all I did so I don't know if it's a lot of effort but no problem. :)
Thanks to us all who have reported issues and posted videos. Let's hope we get a fix fast this time.

They're too busy for anything console related. There's macrotransactions to be added and money to be made!

anyway, if you were contacted by the "support team" (as in: you opened a ticket), it really doesn't mean too much. They "contacted me" as well after the last patch, when I pointed out that the game needed to be restarted after a while to maintain decent fps, and now we have patch 4.3.0, so...
McLean's stream is better info though.

I didn't do a support ticket. I got a private forum message from a dev and they wanted my ID so that they can investigate and fix the issue.
