I’d already planned my strategy around doing a fair amount of slugging anyway.
Just seeing the lips and statuette just reinforced that I don’t hook ANYONE till they’re all downed. I suspected Slippery Meat and Up The Ante, and sure enough there was 1 UTA, and 2 SM.
Oh, and DS on a few of them, of course.
Sure enough I hooked each one after everyone was downed, one at a time, waited, they self unhook, slug again.
It was pure bliss to just have already strategised how I was going to play, that preemptively ruined the survivors strategy.
I love when funny coincidences like this happen in this game.

Call me cynical, but since Slippery Meat just got changed, I'd be willing to bet the odds were actually good. Or at least a little higher than they would have been normally.
That said, it is really funny when counters to builds bump into each other in the wild. Like bringing Hangman's Trick and randomly getting a Sabo Squad back in the day. Or having Blindness add-ons and getting an OoO.
