Wdym free? As in the event currency? Because, in that case, that’s a good thing.
These skins aren’t meant to be legacy (and thank god they’re not, or they’d all be deleted).

My guess is that fun world didn't like that people would be able to get ghost face for free. So they asked behavior to remove the serum.

Then why the hell couldn't they just make GhostFace cost money and have everyone else purchasable for serum?

during the Halloween event you can use the event currency to get ANY Halloween skin, well besides ghost face since that's a dlc.
edit: nvm but do we have confirmation that there is not a way to get a event currency? like from the rift or tome?

Look at the Rift and you've got the answer.
Usually it would be on the free track if there is one (like last year), but nope still empty boxes
