Did they buff We'll Make it?
I just noticed that the "Cumulative Healing Speed bonuses cannot exceed 100%" line was taken away from the description. Does that mean We'll make it got potentially buffed and will now stack with botany/desperate measures? Or even 2 we'll make it's on the same surv?
Or did they just remove it and are keeping the same restriction?

I think they simply reworded it to avoid confusion. Other than that, nothing has changed.
We’ll Make It can stack with other healing buffs, but it cannot stack with itself.
Eg. You can use We’ll Make It with Botany Knowledge for +133% healing speed.
You can’t do 2 hook saves in under 90 seconds for 200% healing speed. I.e. We’ll Make It on it’s own doesn’t stack with itself.

So does this mean We’ll make it + bots + desperate measures has the potential for 189% healing speed bonus?

We'll Make It cannot stack with the same instance of itself on one survivor (so if you unhook 2 survivors within the 90 seconds you don't get +200% heal speed). It was never unable to stack with other perks. Also, two survivors with we'll make it can each use their perks, as they are their own individual healing speeds. That's always been the case.

I thought the description meant you can’t exceed 100% healing speed buff as long as you have wel’l make it on. Like with botany and stuff. I had no idea it stacked with other perks

It always stacked with otehr perks. It just doesn't stack with itself. They just streamlined the description.
