So what was that about exclusivity?
I was unfortunately one of the people who got the event skins when they first came out by playing the games and everyone got them because they want more people to have a chance. Thats fair (could have brought the events back but eh). But now we get no free skins for halloween unlike last year AND fog whispers get limited use charms which even if you begrudgingly have to watch them in hopes to get one theres no guarantee you will. Well isnt that funny?

people need to accept that BHVR is going full-steam ahead on the money train
Previous Lacklusters events -> Rift -> Selling cosmetics as sets -> Current non-event money move
its sad how its gone this way

it definitely is clear that the developers have done a 180 on exclusivity.
Although they stated that the twitch exclusives from the past would stay that way for some reasonable reason (don't remember what it was), they said that they would do no more of any of that in the future. DbD was going to be united across platforms and - [DbD announcement commences] "We're doing exclusives again".
Really makes me trust what the devs' say, especially since they gave so many valid reasons to the playerbase about their decision making....oh, wait....

I mean it's just a charm, we're not missing much.
I got your point but it's not as a skin set would have been for example, due to how minor charms are.
