This answer killed me on the Q and A i gotta post this meme.
(And this was including red ranks they said) anyone whos played myers knows the hell of getting out of t1 against a good team and the fact hes the definition of a m1 killer.Also this just sounds like their saying "if anything he needs nerfed" anyone else get that vibe?

"good teams" does not exist in the data base that collect games stats like escape and kill rate. All the data see are survivors, killers, perks and certain actions everything is seem as equal for it

That was my good self who asked that Myers question. In fairness they said SOME of his add ons may be problematic and might be addressed in the future.

I dont see where they find a problem with his addons though (their probably talking tombstone but gl getting that much stalk)

Same, I more struggle with chases because Myers doesn't really have a lot to work with. You kinda just have to eat pallets.

Yeah, the kinds of things the devs say about balance would be funny to me too if they didn't actually implement them into the game.
But now, I just laugh once and then sigh.

Erm you tellin me tomb stone and infinite tier 3 ain't busted? And don't say "oh just get gens done" you can't rely on your team in solo que.

Which Tombstone we talkin' here? Tombstone Piece is strong; Judith's Tombstone is garbage.
(Also, if you can't rely on your team, that sounds like a problem with the team.)

They shown the data, it would appear his base kit is fine and I am fine with that. Some of his addons I never use, so hopefully they get looked at.

Myers design is really cool but its showing its age. And his add-ons are all over the place as was the fashion at the time.
His power has weird quirks, like having a limited amount of "evil" to stak per survivor. And stalking multiple survivors at once not actually increasing myers charge rate.
His add-ons range from garbage to broken with a few weird or useless ones. You can tell they where experimenting with them.
Being a 105% speed killer at the start of the game can be crippling. And you need to stalk your way out of it wich can sometimes be more difficut than it should. Because you can't gen grab anymore. Ever since the dedicated servers have gone live, grabs have been broken. Generator and hook grabs fail 99% of the time because survivors can cancel out of them. The only grab that work are vault and locker grabs because the survivors are locked into an animation.
Myers basekit design is fine but could use a little dusting off, because the game around it has changed. And he need a complete add-on pass.

Myers really feels like one of the most balanced killers in the game, If anything, I rather see more diversity of gameplay with some addons tweaks (the most unpopular ones). But anything who lookslike a nerf.

It's actually pretty easy to get full stalk with tombstone as long as you're using a memorial with it. It actually takes less stalk to tombstone then it does to perma tier 3 even though tombstone is way stronger. Against the really good teams you wont be able to use it but at that point, it doesn't matter what add-ons you've used, you'll probably lose anyway. The normal to decent everyday teams get destroyed by tombstone though.

Nope, that combo ain't busted. 3-4 Generators will be up before you get to Tier-3 on average. The only time that combo is effective is if the Survivors are potatoes.

If anything I'd just adjust his ability to get out of tier one quicker as sometimes it's a struggle to get out of it with swf.

Honestly the only issue I could think of with his Add Ons is that they're all over the place.
Boyfriend's Memo, Glass Fragment, and Scratched Mirror only work with EW1.
Reflective Fragment, Dead Rabbit (for a benefit), Mirror Shard, and Vanity Mirror only work with EW2.
Tombstone Piece, Judith's Tombstone, and Fragrant Tuft of Hair only work with EW3.
Judith's Journal only works with the Obsession.
So we have:
• 1 out of 3 Browns
• 3 out of 6 Yellows
• 2 out of 5 Greens
• 3 out of 4 Purples
• 2 out of 2 Pinks
That's 11 out of 20 (or 55%)
I mean creativity 10/10 but wow that's a lot of add ons for making a gimmick or playstyle around a single part of his power instead of doing something with the entire power.

I'll say it too: Myers is fine. You killer mains got to used to bs killers like Spirit you can't even notice a balanced and fun for everyone killer when you see him.

Ran into a tombstone Myers, and balance arguments aside it's just simply un-fun to play against for the first person he catches. In a single chase he just removes you from the game.
Yes I know, it takes a while for him to build up tier 3. But the first person he catches for the stabby stab is typically the last one who gets stalked after he's already drained others dry.

The biggest issue with Myers is that he is extremely outdated and boring. There's no reason to really play him when there's Ghostface, Plague or Oni (I consider those killers to be all better versions of Myers, but in different ways). I guess people play gim because they like the character or because he's so meme popular.

Myers imo is the embodiment of balance, I didn't even think someone could find difficult to get out of T1. In T3 his vaulting speed and lunge range make him way better than a standard M1 killer. He could use QoL changes, but a buff? I don't think so.
That is just a matter of personal taste. I prefer Myers to Ghosface since the former doesn't give a ######### if a survivor is looking at him, and literally the only thing in common with Oni and Plague is the ability to down healthy survivors, his gameplay feels completely different.

Not for me. I love playing him, and find him way more fun and effective than Ghostface. I have snowballed so many matches with a single tier 3. I love the versatility of the builds you can do on Mikey. Scratched mirror is probably the most fun I do ever have playing any killer build.

He needs some QoL changes, like if a survivor still has stalk juice and they died on hook it should be given to the other survivors

To be fair, tombstone addons are bs. Especially in solo que. Why should I get instantly moried after my solo que teammates fed him tier 3? It's not fair.

Micheal is the worst killer in the game hands down. he does need some type of buff because he is outdated and honestly has no power other than stalking.
