Stop ignoring nurse.
As a nurse main I can safely say she's in desperate need for changes. Her base kit is mostly fine but her addons are horrendous and I think they need to be changed.
However, her main issue is her bugs and glitches on certain maps. Here's a list of issues I've had with nurse in the past week.
1. Blinking into the basement while I'm looking straight up.
2. Blinking in place when trying to blink through the snow piles on ormond.
3. Can't blink up to onto one of the upstairs platforms on desert map.
4. It's literally impossible to blink up to the second floor on Hawkins...you have to walk.
5. The deck on the swamp is also impossible to blink on. There's some sort of invisible barrier preventing her from blinking up there.
6. If you try to blink down a narrow hallway, you blink in place.
There's more but I think you get the point. The reality is that the dev's are ignoring nurse players, and we've been begging them to make her less broken for a long time. They're too scared to buff her out of fear of making her too strong.
I can live without addon changes but the bugs need to be fixed. Please stop ignoring nurse players and at least make an attempt to make her playable.

I would love them to fix Nurse but I think the Devs don't want to add more fuel to that fire. Most agreed her add ons needed to be reworked but then they had to F with her base kit and give her a CD. Now I think they just don't want to touch her on the fear of making things even worse. It is ridiculous how long her bugs have been unaddressed. Meanwhile the stun on DS is bugged and gets patched in a week.
Most of her add ons are quite crap.

To be fair, I doubt nurse's bugs could be easily fixed. Judging from the little we know of how hit boxes, collision and dbd works, it's pretty clear that DBD is not really built very well for a killer like nurse. Trying to fix her bugs would be a slow nightmare for a normal company. For BHVR it'll be eons before they can fix her. Then a new map is introduced, maps are reworked, they make a slight change in how collision works or some other thing and nurse explodes again.

Nah, Behavior is happy with where she is. The frustrations you have with the Nurse are intentional. It’s all in order to discourage you from playing her so you can choose another Killer that SWFs and streamers would have an easier time to have fun while looping you through the same obstacles 3 times only to lead you to the next one after they use their dead hard.

Wasn't Nurse released in 2016? I've only played since 2018, was she buggy and not working well when she first got added?

I wasn't playing back then either but I was following the game. From what I remember, yes she's been buggy back then too. Basement bugged her out. Any building bugged her out. Verticality bugged her too. I believe she also got stuck in places too. I think her camera also bugged out in the past. Did she use to fall through the map or was that just a rare bug in general for everyone. Oh there was also the time where she could teleport out of the map. And the time she could teleport behind the exit gate at anytime during the match if she wanted to.

You are funny thinking they would fix nurse, that's like asking them to stop making any one bs "mistake" over and over again, but they won't because they aren't mistakes they are just choices and damage control.

As others have pointed out, they most likely will never fix her bugs, because Nurse and Spirit are the 2 only killers that cant be bullied by 4man Sweatsquads.
Now that Spirit is bugged too with her directional breathing during phase, survivors finally have what they always wanted: A game that is completely in their favour.

Imo it's still worth fighting for, even though our threads are basically worthless to the dev's.
